It is an online forum where the users can share their experience with phone numbers, both annoying (mostly telemarketing, surveys) and useful (e.g. couriers, offices). The service is for all those who want to know who a certain phone number 18440 belongs to and if it is desirable to answer a call from them.
Users can find other people’s rating of a phone number 18440, interest in a number in the last year, and, if possible, also the location of a number (for landlines).
