Happy Camp is a census-designated place in Siskiyou County, California in the United States. The population was 1,190 at the 2010 census. The town of Happy Camp "The Heart of the Klamath" is located on State Route 96, about 70 miles west of Interstate 5 and 100 miles northeast of Willow Creek.
