Shelley is a city in Bingham County, Idaho. The population was 4,409 at the 2010 census. The mascot for the city's high school is a russet-burbank potato that wears a crown, robe and scepter. Since 1927 Shelley has been home to the "Idaho Annual Spud Day", which is celebrated on the 3rd Saturday of September. Following the inundation of spam calls that seem to originate from international numbers, WhatsApp’s engineering teams have moved to introduce new “classifiers” which can identify these calls and mark them as spam, sources in the know told ET.

However, it is possible that a potentially unlawful comment appears on the site. In that case, please contact the police who we will fully cooperate with to investigate the source of the comments.
Most comments are submitted anonymously. In this case we do not have the name or the email address of the author. We do not save readable IP addresses of posters either, only encrypted. We are, therefore, able to determine that for instance two comments were sent from the same device, but we are unable to provide a readable IP address.
