Lynden is the second largest city in Whatcom County, Washington, United States. It is 15 miles north of Bellingham and approximately 5 miles south of the Canada–US border. A new report from Seattle startup Hiya highlights the ongoing problem of phone fraud and spam calls. The report found that during the first quarter of this year, nearly 25% of all unknown calls globally were flagged as spam or fraud — that’s 73.6 million per day.
