South Sioux City is a city in Dakota County, Nebraska, United States. It is located immediately across the Missouri River from Sioux City, Iowa, and is part of the Sioux City, IA-NE-SD Metropolitan Statistical Area. A new report from Seattle startup Hiya highlights the ongoing problem of phone fraud and spam calls. The report found that during the first quarter of this year, nearly 25% of all unknown calls globally were flagged as spam or fraud — that’s 73.6 million per day.
