Jasper is a city in and the county seat of Jasper County, Texas, United States. Its population was 7,590 at the 2010 U.S. Census, down from 8,247 at the 2000 U.S. Census. Most comments are submitted anonymously. In this case we do not have the name or the email address of the author. We do not save readable IP addresses of posters either, only encrypted. We are, therefore, able to determine that for instance two comments were sent from the same device, but we are unable to provide a readable IP address.
