Davis, known prior to 1907 as Davisville, is a city in the U.S. state of California and the most populous city in Yolo County. A new report from Seattle startup Hiya highlights the ongoing problem of phone fraud and spam calls. The report found that during the first quarter of this year, nearly 25% of all unknown calls globally were flagged as spam or fraud — that’s 73.6 million per day.
