Duncan is a city and county seat of Stephens County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 23,431 at the 2010 census. Its main claim to fame is as the birthplace of the Halliburton Corporation. Google and other search engines (Bing, Yandex…) have their own memory, so they don’t display an excerpt from the site that always 100% corresponds to reality. It can take a while for the search engine to reindex the site content and display a relevant site excerpt. It generally takes weeks, occasionally it may take months.
