Smyrna is a town in Rutherford County, Tennessee. Smyrna's population was 39,974 at the 2010 census and estimated to be 51,586 in 2019. Scamwatch is warning Australians to be wary of an online scam pretending to be from the Australian Boarder Force. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said a recorded message claiming to be from the Australian Boarder Force (ABF) is being sent around.
Scamwatch posted a tweet today saying people had been receiving phone calls with automated messages that pretended to inform the listener of a problem.
