Millstadt is a village in St. Clair County, Illinois, United States, and a suburb of St. Louis, located at the crossing of Illinois Routes 163 and 158. The village is known for its German heritage, with more than half its people of German descent. The user is then redirected to a short form where they can explain to moderators why they believe the comment is harmful. Processing of this request usually takes about a week. Then the user is informed about how the moderators dealt with the comment.
