Clearlake is a city in Lake County, California, United States. Clearlake is 4.5 miles north-northwest of Lower Lake, at an elevation of 1417 feet. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 15,250, up from 13,142 in 2000. It takes its name from Clear Lake.
Scamwatch is warning Australians to be wary of an online scam pretending to be from the Australian Boarder Force. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said a recorded message claiming to be from the Australian Boarder Force (ABF) is being sent around.
Scamwatch posted a tweet today saying people had been receiving phone calls with automated messages that pretended to inform the listener of a problem.
Google and other search engines (Bing, Yandex…) have their own memory, so they don’t display an excerpt from the site that always 100% corresponds to reality.
