Monongahela, referred to locally as Mon City, is a third class city in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. The user is then redirected to a short form where they can explain to moderators why they believe the comment is harmful. Processing of this request usually takes about a week. Then the user is informed about how the moderators dealt with the comment.
