The user is then redirected to a short form where they can explain to moderators why they believe the comment is harmful. Processing of this request usually takes about a week. Most comments are submitted anonymously. In this case we do not have the name or the email address of the author. We do not save readable IP addresses of posters either, only encrypted. We are, therefore, able to determine that for instance two comments were sent from the same device, but we are unable to provide a readable IP address.
