Excelsior Springs is a city in Clay and Ray counties in the U.S. state of Missouri and part of the Kansas City metropolitan area. The population was 11,084 at the 2010 census. It is located approximately 30 miles northeast of central Kansas City, Missouri.
The Centre will issue a notice to WhatsApp seeking to know the reasons behind the sudden spurt in spam calls on the instant messaging and calling app, the Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology Rajeev Chandrasekhar said.
These spam calls with international numbers, mostly from African and Southeast Asian countries, along with fake messages from unknown users, have flooded WhatsApp and Indians have nowhere to go but Twitter to share their ordeal.
