Garner is a town in Wake County, North Carolina, United States and a suburb of Raleigh. The city limits are entirely within Wake County, though portions of unincorporated Wake County, as well as the Cleveland community in northern Johnston County have Garner mailing addresses. Most comments are submitted anonymously. In this case we do not have the name or the email address of the author. We do not save readable IP addresses of posters either, only encrypted. We are, therefore, able to determine that for instance two comments were sent from the same device, but we are unable to provide a readable IP address.
