Black Creek is a village in north-central Outagamie County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,316 at the 2010 census. The village is located within the Town of Black Creek. Most comments are submitted anonymously. In this case we do not have the name or the email address of the author. We do not save readable IP addresses of posters either, only encrypted. We are, therefore, able to determine that for instance two comments were sent from the same device, but we are unable to provide a readable IP address.
