The Town of Gypsum is a Home Rule Municipality located in Eagle County, Colorado, United States. Gypsum is a part of the Edwards, CO Micropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 6,477 in 2010. Gypsum is the home of an American Gypsum drywall plant and mine.
